Burton Leon "Burt" Reynolds (born February 11, 1936) is an American actor, director and producer. He has starred in many films, such as Deliverance, The Longest Yard, Smokey and the Bandit and Boogie Nights, in which he was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.[citation needed]
